1. Understanding Digital Goods
VidRab is a digital content generation service. When you request videos, our AI systems create unique, custom content specifically for you. This is similar to purchasing custom artwork, commissioned writing, or eating a meal at a restaurant — once the service is performed or product is delivered and used, it cannot be "returned."

Just like you can't return an ice cream after eating it, you can't return AI-generated videos after they've been created and delivered to you. The service has been performed, the digital goods have been produced, and the resources (AI credits, server time, storage) have been consumed.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Pre-Generation)

2.1 Eligibility Requirements
You qualify for a full refund if ALL of the following are true:
- You are a first-time subscriber (not a returning customer)
- You request the refund within 7 days of your initial subscription date
- You have NOT generated any videos on your account
- Your account shows no signs of abuse or fraudulent activity
2.2 How to Request a Pre-Generation Refund
To request a refund before generating videos:

- Include your account email address
- State: "I have not generated any videos and request a refund"
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
3. No Refunds After Video Generation
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Once you generate your first video, all sales become final and non-refundable. By clicking "Generate Videos," you acknowledge that custom digital content is being created for you and agree that the purchase is non-refundable.
3.1 Why No Refunds After Generation?
Once videos are generated:
- Service Performed: AI systems have created custom content for you
- Resources Consumed: Claude API credits, ElevenLabs voice generation, server processing time, and storage have been used
- Unique Content Delivered: Videos are personalized and cannot be reused for other customers
- Digital Goods Exception: Under consumer protection laws, custom digital content delivered immediately is exempt from standard refund rights
3.2 What Counts as "Generated"?
Your account is considered to have used the service if:
- You have requested video generation (even if just 1 video)
- Videos have been created and made available for download
- You have downloaded any generated videos
Example Scenarios:
Scenario A - Refund Eligible:
Sarah subscribes to God Tier ($199/month) on January 1st. On January 5th, she realizes she doesn't have time to manage TikTok accounts. She has NOT generated any videos. She requests a refund → APPROVED ✓
Scenario B - No Refund:
Mike subscribes to God Tier ($199/month) on January 1st. He immediately generates 50 comedy videos and downloads them. On January 3rd, he requests a refund → DENIED ✗
Reason: Service has been performed. Mike received 50 custom AI-generated videos. Videos cannot be "returned."
4. Subscription Renewals - Non-Refundable
Monthly subscription renewals (2nd month, 3rd month, etc.) are non-refundable under all circumstances. The 7-day guarantee applies ONLY to your initial first-time subscription.
4.1 Why Renewals Are Non-Refundable
- You've had a full month to evaluate the service
- You chose to continue the subscription
- You had the option to cancel before renewal
- Renewal charges are disclosed in advance
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your VidRab subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation is easy and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
5.2 What Happens When You Cancel
- Immediate Effect: No future charges will be made
- Access Until End of Period: You retain full access until your current billing cycle ends
- No Partial Refunds: You will NOT receive a refund for the remaining days/weeks of your billing period
- Unused Quota: Unused video quota does not carry over and is not refundable
Cancellation Example:
You subscribe on January 1st for $199/month (God Tier - 100 videos). On January 20th, you've used 45 videos and decide to cancel.
Result:
- ✓ Cancellation processed immediately
- ✓ You keep access until January 31st
- ✓ You can still generate up to 55 more videos until Jan 31st
- ✗ No refund for unused 11 days or 55 unused videos
- ✗ Subscription will NOT renew on February 1st
6. Partial Refunds - Not Available
We do not offer partial refunds for:
- Unused video quota (e.g., used 30 out of 100 videos)
- Unused time in your billing period
- Downgrading to a lower tier mid-month
- Dissatisfaction with specific generated videos
7. EU Consumer Rights Compliance
7.1 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
For customers in the European Union: Under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m), the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to digital content where:
- Performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent
- The consumer acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal
7.2 Express Consent
By subscribing to VidRab and generating videos, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for any videos that have been generated.
Important: You RETAIN your 7-day money-back guarantee if you have NOT generated any videos, which provides you with consumer protection while respecting the nature of custom digital content.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
8.1 Service Failures
If VidRab fails to deliver the service as promised due to technical issues on our end (e.g., prolonged outages, complete inability to generate videos), we will work with you to:
- Resolve the technical issue promptly
- Extend your subscription by the downtime period
- Provide account credit for missed service
- Or, in severe cases, issue a prorated refund
8.2 Fraudulent Charges
If your account was charged due to fraud or unauthorized access, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and issue appropriate refunds for verified fraudulent charges.
9. Chargebacks
Important: Filing a chargeback instead of requesting a refund through proper channels may result in:
- Immediate termination of your account
- Loss of access to all generated videos
- Potential legal action to recover costs
- Being banned from future use of VidRab

10. How to Request a Refund
